We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

We stayed with Elisa for only one night while we were traveling by motorcycle. Everything is tidy, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful host! Highly recommended!! P.S. for motorcyclists: you can park your motorcycle in the garage!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

Our expectations were exceeded. Check-in was very hassle-free, we were even able to get into the house a few hours before the official check-in. Everything worked perfectly and there are several seating and lounging options. The owners showed us everything exactly and are super friendly. We were in constant contact and Fabrizio asked several times if everything was okay. The whole house and pool area was very clean. Shopping is a few minutes away by car. This is one of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in over 150! The apartment is beautiful and so are the surroundings. We were welcomed with great instructions as well as champagne and snacks. It just couldn’t have been better. Be sure to enjoy the tub!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in the apartment with 4 people, which from the entrance is very welcoming, especially in spring with the flowery courtyard. There is an open space on the front of the house and one on the back porch, both comfortable and suitable for nice moments of sharing. The house is very spacious and clean, bright but also equipped with very dark shutters for those who like a place sheltered from the light at night. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood of terraced houses with friendly neighbors and free parking in front of the apartment entrance. The area is very close to Mirabilandia and Ravenna (about 10 and 15-20 minutes by car). Federica was very kind and precise in her communications, in providing clarifications and details even on explicit request, both regarding access to and use of the house, and for suggestions regarding places to visit and places to stay. An apartment that is certainly recommended.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location with close links to Ravenna, Argenta & Bologna. The apartment space was very clean and tidy and was peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon.
