The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our farm is idyllically located in the middle of nature, secluded in a cul-de-sac. Close by is the small Egelsee nature reserve, which you can walk to comfortably. Within walking distance are the Druckerhof Inn with a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Attersee and the Stadler Inn which is located directly on Lake Attersee. On our small organic farm we have Aberdeen Angus (cattle), sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, cats and a dog.
