Vacation rentals with lake access in Libourne

I had a lovely weekend the people are welcoming and the accommodation is very nice

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. We were 5 women each with private place to sleep. Big grocery store nearby. Sunday everything mostly closed so take what you need for Sunday. We ate at the Arcades Sunday which was great. We went to Chateau La Rivere for wine tasting that was great. The stay at the house was one of the highlights of our trip. Grounds were beautiful.

Extremely beautiful house, and the dock is phenomenal. Auguste incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

We were a group of 8 adults. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the large living room and its backyard garden. The house is very close to public transport that took us to downtown Bordeaux and also close to different large supermarkets. Behind the house, you can access a forest area and small lakes that have a lot of charm. The host was very kind, answering our questions promptly, and his directions to the house were accurate. We would repeat the stay right now!!! Thank you for everything, Raphael.

Little paradise... so peaceful and beautiful. And not only the views, the little house was very tasteful decorated and very clean and neat. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, they make you feel like home. Might have been the best places I've ever stayed with airbnb! I could have stayed there for much much longer... We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

It was the first time for me and my husband that we rented for the holidays, and we are delighted that we found a quiet and peaceful place to rest, a very well-equipped and clean accommodation. We are 10 minutes from all amenities. The best part was that we were able to come with our 3 cats who adapted very well. Thanks to Marc and Magalie for their availability, we'll be back. Lovely place in the countryside. Everything in the house was good quality and it felt very cosy. Roux was really lovely and helped with anything we needed. there were nice walking trails nearby and the area was peaceful and quiet. Only downside was the wood burning stove wasn't working, but apart from that everything was perfect!

We really liked the apartment, very cool interior, all amenities supplied including bowls for pets. Easy acces and parking based on the instructions. We felt at home and found everything for a comfortable stay. The location is pefect, walking distance to the market and the best part of Bordeaux. Andrew was also flexible with the check in and check out times which makes a huge difference when travelling with a pet. We had a great experience thank you! We will definitely choose this place again when travelling in Bordeaux.

Great apartment! It has absolutely everything you need to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and very pleasant to stay in. We had a great time!

There were 2 of us and we spent 1 month in the accommodation. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is very functional and well arranged. We had a small problem during our stay and Elise was very responsive and found a solution in no time. I would highly recommend it!

Janine's property suited us perfectly. Walks from the property, supermarket (very good) nearby, award-winning pastry chef not too far away..... Bourg is a beautiful and interesting place and some of the Côte de Bourg wines are exceptional. Well located for Blaye - the citadel, the cliff, the ferry to cross the Gironde. The house is warm and cozy, but the electricity needs a little update, which we think will happen in the near future. The garden was perfect for dogs and there are great views from the patio which, in hot weather, would probably have been contemplated at leisure! Janine is friendly and responds quickly. We rarely go back to the properties but this could be an exception! A big thank you Janine and - maybe - see you soon.

We had the pleasure of staying in one of Meg and Mark’s gîtes with our 2 teenage daughters for 4 nights. I had no hesitation in booking the gite having seen how beautiful it looked on the website and reading the glowing reviews both on the website and on Airbnb. On arrival we received a warm welcome from Meg and Mark who showed us around the gîte and the grounds. The gîte itself is just beautiful. It is absolutely spotless and exceptionally well equipped. The beds were super comfortable made even better by the high quality bedding. The grounds and gardens are very well kept and the pool is stunning with great views of the surrounding countryside - it was a big hit as was the hot tub in our private garden! To top it off, Meg and Mark are the most fantastic warm, friendly and welcoming hosts but always respectful of our privacy. Thank you Meg and Mark for a truly memorable few days and for your fantastic hospitality. Chez Lussaud is an absolute gem and is a credit to you!

Great for a short stay in a beautiful part of France! The host instructions re. local amenities and activities are super helpful given the relatively remote location.

This is a special place for those seeking peaceful surroundings, in an idyllic hamlet stepped in history. There is a brilliant swimming lake nearby, perfect for exercise and cooling down in and local woodland walks too. You can also just sit and read in the ample outside space and listen to the sounds of nature. Just let the stresses of life roll by! Furthermore the host and gardener live close by and both are warm and friendly.

Nice little apartment, really very well equipped, quietly located. On the terrace you can sit comfortably in the evening, in front of the river there is also a nice sitting area to enjoy the sunset. In the living room there is a guest bed, this is more suitable for children, with the weight of an adult it sags too much and is not so comfortable. But since we planned it as a bed for the children anyway, it was sufficient for us. Eric and his wife were very nice and warm. The area offers the possibility of many wine tastings, it is not far to Bordeaux and there is also a lot to explore in the area.

The space was clean, comfortable, and as described. The host was very responsive. I recommend it.

Great stay for 19 in this beautiful, very large house with all the amenities available, comfortable bedroom and a very welcoming host. We'll be back with pleasure. I highly recommend it.
