Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

Come and stay with family or friends in this attractive castle by its charm and its location in a family winery, with a beautiful view of a wooded valley and the vineyards of the Entre Deux Mers. In a 19th-century house with a 5,000 m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90 m² self-contained accommodation in one wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11 m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible to a 180 cm bed), a 30 m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.
