Villa Condat Full of charm and just renovated

Charming 150 m² stone house, which has just been completely renovated with care, accommodating up to 6 people. Nestled in the privileged area of Condat in Libourne, very quiet, on the banks of the Dordogne, you can also enjoy the small city garden that borders the house. The Condat area invites you to beautiful bucolic walks to the banks of the Dordogne. You can also easily walk to downtown Libourne and discover its historic market.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!
