The house is good as new. It was so clean and tidy. Necessary things are provided. The caretaker was so reliable and kind. It's not hard to find the place and it's one trike away from everything you need. We enjoyed are stay!

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Alcos residence is that place you’ll be happy to get back to after a long and tiring day. Every corner makes us feel at home—everything’s so clean, amenities are great, and the owners (Ate Dang and Kuya Ferdie) and caretaker (Ate Alice) are all responsive and accommodating. They even troubleshoot the shower the very moment we mentioned it! We had a trauma with transient houses before but Alcos residence made us believe that there are still gems out there! Plus, there’s a parking space too na visible sa CCTV ng owners. Thank you again for the comforting experience, more bookings po for you! 💕

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

It was a nice place to stay for short rest and bath. The owner was very understanding since we did not consume all the hours staying the property and able to add number of guest. We might stay to this place again but it might no longer for business but for leisure.

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. Die Unterkunft ist optimal geeignet, um mit einer philippinischen Familie eine schöne und erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Urlauber, die hingegen eine Unterkunft mit vorwiegend europäischen Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, werden vermutlich eher enttäuscht sein. Meine Familie sowie die Familien der Geschwister meiner Frau hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool. Einige Bereiche könnten zwar noch die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen (Küche), aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Für Aufenthalte mit größeren Familien eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

We totally loved our stay in Arnel's place! The unit is spacious, perfect for family with kids like us! Our daughter really likes the bunk bed and the huge TV! The place is so cozy and comfortable, it has an inviting environment that we don't want to go out! It has a complete kitchen utensils and appliances. I especially love the washing machine because we were able to dry our wet clothes from swimming before going home! The view is perfect, it gives more appeal to the place. Arnel was incredibly responsive and so kind, he let us extend for 3hrs for free!! The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to SM Trece. I recommend this place, definitely want to go back again! I am so thankful to found this gem!

My early check-in request was approved immediately by their team and checking in was a breeze. Huge space, perfect for a family trip or a couple date. SM Sta. Rosa is just a 3 minute walk from the place. Highly recommended!

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

The amenities were also complete and everything was well-organized. Another high note was that the hosts provided Netflix and Prime as well.
