Neuve, son intérieur est soigné, confortable et tout équipé. Elle est classée 3 étoiles par Charente-tourisme.

Proche de l'océan et de l'Ile de Ré, du centre ville de La Rochelle, ce logement entièrement privatisé offre un séjour détente. La piscine très bien sécurisée est chauffée de juin à septembre, octobre. Demeure chaleureuse, la famille, les amis pourront se sentir "comme à la maison". Tout a été mis à disposition afin que le séjour puisse être des plus agréables (excellente literie). Aucune nuisance alentour. Cette maison vous accueillera pour profiter de cette belle région.

Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!
