A few steps from the sea, our 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge). Composed of 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2, a large kitchen (basic condiments are present) of 30 m2, shower room and bathroom: And what if after an intoxicating walk by the ocean, you let yourself be tempted by the sweetness of a crackling fire?

Small independent accommodation, ideal and especially functional for a short trip for two. It is part of a property with 3 other homes including ours, in a quiet and family environment. The green spaces, swimming pool and Jacuzzi (outdoor) are shared between the different accommodations. The Jacuzzi is accessible all year round only by reservation and under several conditions.
