Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lexington County

What we loved most about Lakisha's was the back yard space! Private with comfortable seating options and surrounded by trees and visited by lots of song birds! We spent lots of time there. The house was very clean. The color scheme throughout was chic and relaxing. She has just about every kitchen gadget (blender etc) you would want! The bedroom had the feel of a spa and the bed was so comfortable with nice linens. It was very helpful to have the large closet with and iron and ironing board1 Both bathrooms were lovely - it is really nice to have that extra half bath! I was working on a photo book project and there was a perfect table downstairs to spread out for that and plenty of other places to set up our computers etc. We loved that Lakisha provided games. There were lots of lights, outlets, ceiling fans and remotes to operate all those things. The Wifi never failed us! Lakisha was very responsive and helpful!

What can I say these folks are incredible and their place is spotless. They were so good to us we will for sure be back! We loved the snacks and candy they set out. 10/10 thank you guys so much

This is the cutest lakefront cottage we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Towels are soft and very absorbent. We grilled and ate on the deck while enjoying an awesome lake view. The host was very accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. There dock provided electricity so it was a wonderful place to dock our boat. We will definitely go back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The open-concept space made it feel light and airy, and the back patio was perfect for late-night dinners and winding down under the stars. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location felt very safe and peaceful — a great place to relax. Lauren was quick to respond to any questions and made everything easy from start to finish. We’re already looking forward to staying here again soon. Highly recommend!

Everything about my stay was wonderful. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Jesse’s communication was great, the home was comfortable and clean, and the lake was beautiful. The location is quiet and feels secluded, but about a mile away you have all the amenities of town (grocery, restaurants, gas, etc). Everything was exactly as described, and made for a perfect couple days away. Thank you!

We came up for my sons military graduation and family day. This home was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was pristine. The backyard had seating for 4 around a fire pit but we didn’t have a chance to enjoy that. Beds were very comfortable. Home is just perfect. Close enough to Fort Jackson with lots of restaurants and shops along the way. Downtown Columbia was also not too far away. If in town again I would stay here.

Stayed two weeks and i loved it! Away from the normal rat race and thoroughly peaceful! The home was very nicely kept up, clean, and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Carolyn was warm and friendly. I was displaced from my home because of Hurricane Helene, Carolyn and the surrounding community in the neighborhood made me feel welcomed and like I belonged.

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.

Jillian's home was amazing. I was visiting Columbia to attend a graduation. Initially, I thought the location would be too far away from downtown Columbia, but it was a straightforward drive. It wasn't a long drive at all. So many grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5-10 drive. The home was spacious enough for a quick trip and was charming. Jillian was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that we had, and that was extremely appreciated. Thanks again!

We put on a lot of miles every day taking in the area while staying at your lake home. When we returned everyday OMGosh! So relaxing and comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We will miss our 3 new buddies too. And well decorated. Perfect y'all. Jeff & Nancy

We were in Chapin visiting family (my husband, me and our adult son) so we didn't spend much time at the cabin. We did love our two mornings and evenings at the cabin. The setting is peaceful and we loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the views. The music system was a real treat, too. We wished we'd had more time to use the kayaks but, in any case, we view these as a big plus. The cabin has great character and has been renovated beautifully. We felt very fortunate to find this special place. We were not able to meet Tom and Laura but they provided clear instructions and we had everything we needed. The place may have been a bit tight if our adult daughter had joined us but we would have found a way to make it work. Highly recommend.

The location is amazing, especially with the slight landing into the water inside of the house was nice and gave a great feel!

Absolute gem. Accommodations were even better then the photos. My kids really enjoyed the little beach area out front and the sunsets were to die for. Nice large living room and plenty of space to cook meals with everything stocked one might need. Would love to stay again next time I am in town!

We had a blast swimming, fishing, and just relaxing! We caught a bunch of bass and crappies!!! It was a great way to decompress and celebrate my birthday! We definitely plan on coming back!

We absolutely loved this home. Teresa and her hubby did a great job with the decor. They are a special couple. I had mentioned that we were celebrating or 40th wedding anniversary and they sent us a gift. We are very appreciative they shared their beautiful home with us. Thank you both for a wonderful time.

Charming cottage just off the beaten path. Bocce court, zip line, swing, and hammock were a hit with the kids. Cozy fire pit and hot tub made for great places to visit. Alvin was beyond responsive and even replied right away when I accidentally messaged him late at night. Anyone should consider this lovely home away from home.
