Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lewis Smith Lake

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean & is set up perfect for parents with teenagers bc of the room downstairs with all the bunks. My oldest son brings friends every year and this was perfect. After a long day on the water the boys could stay up late and play video games in their own little living area and we never heard them. We will definitely be back!

Leigh Anne was an amazing host! She was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The delicious cinnamon rolls she left as a welcome gift were such a sweet treat! The home was even more beautiful than the pictures! Every room was gorgeous, cozy and felt so well thought out. We had our family Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed (pots,pans, cutting boards, knives, serving utensils etc). The property was breath taking. There were so many places to hike, fish, relax, play and soak it all in! It was an amazing trip (my sister got engaged on the trip so that was special too)!! We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

This latest trip was our 2nd time staying here. We truly love how private this location is. The dock and all the amenities provided make this such a special place to stay for families. Communication was always so fast and helpful! Would gladly stay here again, as already proven!

Wonderful place to relax! The home is beautifully decorated and well equipped for a comfortable stay! Downstairs room is perfect for my teenagers And plenty of comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the views and scenery! We will definitely be back! The place was cozy and super cute. The living room and kitchen area were beautifully done and cozy. Fav part of bedroom was the window right there at your head, you could lay awake in the morning and stare at the water. The bathroom was nice too. The outdoor living area was really nice. We spent probably 80% of our time there. Great boat dock too. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. My husband caught a nice sized bass. The fire pit area was very nice also, we sat there and watched the sunset. The landscaping and solar lights are nicely done and gave us ideas for our own home. We chose place as a mini trip for a special occasion. Thanks for a great stay!

Private, secluded location right on Smith Lake in protected cove. Grandson caught a 2' catfish from the dock while we were there. Beautiful view of the lake from the living room. Easy, close access to the covered dock with paved stone path. Kitchen nicely stocked with essentials. Would rent from Margaux again.

This place was great and so was Steve. Our stay was cut short due to a storm that caused a power outage but up until that time it was perfect. We plan to book again soon!

Sunset Point was wonderful! It was well-adorned, spacious, beautifully-decorated, and in a great location. Having access to the convenient, secure neighborhood boat launch was a big plus. We enjoyed hours of fun with the provided paddle boards, lilly pad, and kayaks. The arcade, games, hot tub, and fire pit (with firewood provided) were also favorites. The master shower was wonderful, the bathrooms were stocked unusually well, and the kitchen boasted of a great island, coffee and waffle bar, and ample staple items. The home offered comfortable living spaces on each of the 3 floors, which was great for our multiple families. The wrap-around back porch offered ample seating and beautiful lake views. Both the inside and outside provided convenient spaces of solitude as well. I especially liked reading my book from a chair positioned between boulders on the way to and overlooking the pier. Bill was very responsive. We loved our time at his beautiful place and highly recommend it! 👍🏻

Great place! I stayed there for a couple of weeks and it was perfect for me.

Tucked away in a neighborhood but just blocks from downtown Cullman made this a convenient place to stay for the track meet at the high school. It is on the 2nd floor, in a quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend! Check in and communication was easy and this fit our needs perfectly for a quick two night stay.

Jason’s place was exactly what we needed when we came into town for work. Nice quiet place to rest after a long day of work, great selection of restaurants near by too.

Perfect place to stay for close access to Smith Lake Park. Boat trailer parking was easy right outside the front door and outside electrical hookup for batteries. Great little spot to stay at Smith Lake.

Our stay was great. The lake is beautiful. Plenty of parking. Condo was very clean. Owner was friendly and responsive and let us check in early, which made our timing much easier as we were trying to meet up with family in the area and needed to unload our car. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Greg’s lovely condo! It’s the perfect location with easy access to launch your boat at Duncan Bridge. The home has everything needed for you stay! Greg went above and beyond to find us a boat slip to use last minute for our stay!

Stayed at Jay’s on a outta town trip for work. Everything was perfect and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in town.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Everything we needed was there, and the condo matched the pictures perfectly. Also, we were able to communicate easily with the host. My favorite part was that it was spotless! We would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girl's weekend and it was just beautiful - very spacious and comfortable and the view can't be beat. It was super clean and really well equipped and the host left a beautiful bouquet of flowers and box of pastries for us and we thought that was a wonderful touch and a warm welcome into their home. The location was absolutely perfect! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
