You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Located between Cologne and Düsseldorf, with very good connections to both cities. Cologne trade fair/Lanxess Arena. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The freeways A1, A3, A59 as well as public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Fitness studios such as "McFit, Fitklusiv and Flexx Fitness can be found within a radius of about 1.5 KM. The apartment is located in the house where there is also a restaurant. This is not open daily as it is an event location.

Approximately 3 years ago we listed our apartment on Airbnb and shortly after we found the perfect person who rented our apartment for 3 years. The price is set to lower than the usual until we receive more reviews from our guests! Fully furnished modern 60m2 apartment with a large living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A very comfortable king-size bed, a 55” 4K TV with Netflix, a big rain-shower and a kitchen with all common appliances, including a dishwasher.

Small, friendly apartment with a terrace

The apartment was newly furnished in the fall of 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.

"La Casita" with a small garden and terrace

Freestanding solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and small garden with terrace and barbecue, renovated in December 2016 / January 2017. Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Welcome to my apartment. It's on the bottom floor of a quiet apartment building. 5 minutes by car to the highway 15 minutes walk to the stop of the S4 (without changing to the Cologne Fair and to the big Cologne Christmas markets) You need a shuttle service from the airport or train?
