Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Live in the listed old building, chill on the private terrace, relax in the tub bath with daylight, cook in your own mini-kitchen. Lots of light and air. There is a small workplace with a computer. The area offers countless restaurants and cafes. Within walking distance are various concert and event venues. The U-Bahn stop Piusstraße is right outside the front door. From there it is 18 minutes to Cologne Fair, 30 minutes to the airport, by short distance to the cathedral/main station and Neumarkt.

Located between Cologne and Düsseldorf, with very good connections to both cities. Cologne trade fair/Lanxess Arena. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The freeways A1, A3, A59 as well as public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Fitness studios such as "McFit, Fitklusiv and Flexx Fitness can be found within a radius of about 1.5 KM. The apartment is located in the house where there is also a restaurant. This is not open daily as it is an event location.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The property is ideal for trade fair visitors, families, friends, installers, or smaller groups. A bus stop (line 260 with a direct connection to Cologne Central Station) and a supermarket are just a three-minute walk away.

By train you can be in Cologne Center in 15 minutes, or as well 20 minutes to Düsseldorf Center. You can also have access by Train to the Köln Messe with a direct train from the Leverkusen Mitte Train Station near the apartment in only 15 minutes.
