This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
