Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

Ancien atelier en pierre entièrement rénové au style contemporain niché en forêt sur le Rocher du Cornillon, en Chartreuse. Le salon et la terrasse offrent une vue panoramique sur le bassin Grenoblois. We offer you a nice independent cottage in our property, with its terrace and small garden. Functional and well equipped, it is located in the Village of Saint Vincent de Mercuze. Where you can rest after a nice hike. Private parking for one car. La Maisonnette is ideal for a single person or couple. Hiking departures are possible from La Maisonnette. There is free wifi as well as air conditioning.
