The accommodation, which is located on the ground floor (rdj), can accommodate up to 5 people but reasonably, it is better at 4 max. In a quiet environment, facing the marina and the sea, one is disturbed only by the gulls, and/or the rattling of the masts of the boats, under the wind breezes. The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Close to Le Veillon beach by the coastal path (15 min walk). Our pets are allowed except July/August.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

The mezzanine bedroom has a 140 bed. Please note, the staircase is narrow and steep, and the ceiling height of the bedroom varies from 1 m to 1.90 m. You have at your disposal a small garden furniture.

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

New mobile home with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets very nice for 7 people Beautiful living room Some adjustments in progress due to the fact that we were the first tenants (screw to cut off, toilet door setting and blackout curtains to be provided if sleeping in the living room, which was our case ). At the end of the campsite but 6 minutes from the pool. We were able to park the motorcycles there.

A two-story residence is set in a spacious outdoor area surrounded by greenery, with vibrant flowering plants. The building features balconies with blue accents, and a staircase leading to the entrance. A clear blue sky enhances the serene atmosphere.

The space is not very big but functional. It's quiet. Parking within the residence. The owner is responsive and friendly.

The best thing about this apartment, without hesitation, is the stunning view of the harbor and the ocean. Breakfast on the balcony, in this quiet park. Ideal place for departures for walks and bike rides. Small convenience store and bars/restaurants at the foot of the residence. It would be perfect with wifi in addition and a bed for 2 people instead of 3. The bunk bed is too low, you can easily bump into it and it prevents the use of wall lamps for reading at night. We slept head to toe... The shower is really small, difficult to turn around without moving the faucet. But we still had a great stay.

We had a really good week. The accommodation is spacious and well positioned in the residence. The spa is a plus especially given the temperatures this week (end of August). We would recommend this listing!

Everything was perfect: the house renovated and tastefully decorated, its ideal location (you park the car and forget about it👌), the impeccable cleanliness and, above all, the contact with Cathy: warm, always available and full of good attention.
