We felt at home for 3 days:) The furniture is great, and the location is ideal, because it's really close to the beach and the customs trail. Very nice apartment with a great view It is tastefully furnished and has all the essentials for a pleasant stay. We had a wonderful time and were able to fully enjoy the terrace for meals and lounging There are two deckchairs waiting just for us. There is a large electric blind if you want to be in the shade The bedding is extremely good A great asset: the parking space - so no worries about parking Gilles is a very friendly host, very easily reachable and very helpful In short, we had a great time and will be back soon Thank you very much Gilles 😀

Second stay in this apartment so nice at the gates of the beach. So appreciable, in addition to this dream location, to have everything you need for everyday life. I would highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sablais cocoon! The accommodation is functional, the terrace is a real plus and the bedding is very comfortable. Pleasant unit with beautiful view . A stone's throw from a beautiful beach where you can swim at low tide as well as at high tide. Great for hikes as well. Very responsive host. Recommended

Delighted with our stay at Kate's place. First of all, Kate is a very welcoming and friendly host, always responsive and with good advice. The accommodation is very charming and very clean and especially located 30 seconds' walk from the beach. Quiet and private space. Parking is a plus. Very nice house, well decorated and well equipped and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING DISTANCE. Sainte Marie is a lovely village. The coastal trail that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment is comfortably furnished, very clean and a whole garden with terrace, parking and loungers under palm trees is also for free use. Sylvia was waiting for us directly at check-in and was always approachable and very helpful. The accommodation is superbly located and only 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Mosquito nets on the windows (at least in the bedroom) might be useful. We felt at home, thank you to Sylvia and Nathalie!

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!
