Madeleine is very welcoming, she is very accommodating for schedules. The house is in a very nice location, close to villages, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool and hot tub are a real plus for rent. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed the accommodation and the ideal location for discovering StGilles Croix de Vie. Sylvain is very responsive and available to any questions or requests we had, thank you. However, the cleaning should be improved, which is a little succinct... but we recommend this accommodation without problems 👍

We had a lovely weekend at Eric's. The house is as described, namely Zen and Cozy. The decor is very nice and the house is very well-equipped. Close to shops and especially the beautiful beach of Les Demoiselles, everything comes together for a great time. In addition, Eric was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks again Eric for this stay in your beautiful home which we will surely return to. We would highly recommend it.

This house is beautiful, the owners have paid attention to detail which shows in the decor and quality furnishings. It's fully equipped which made everything perfect for our stay. You're in the centre of town but it still feels peaceful and private. The garden is lovely with plenty of seating and of course the large pool. There is use of the garage but we always found space on the street outside. Great place to explore the Marais Poitivin or go to the coast. The town has a lot of restaurants, and a lovely cathedral and public gardens. A 5 star stay we won't forget!

A lovely property that whilst in a residential area and has close neighbouring properties, feels private. Perfect location to walk or drive to the lovely local beaches. All the amenities one could want are in the property and a wide range of good quality cutlery supplied. Worth bearing in mind that a sizeable upfront deposit (EUR 1000) is requested upon arrival in case of breakages. Sandrine and the team are on hand and very helpful and responsive during the stay. The stay went very well overall. We were well received and the accommodation met our expectations. The house is located in a residential area close to the center and the beach. A small downside on linens that must be added to the original price and the fact that the rooms in which the games are located (billiards, darts, foosball) are a little cramped to be able to play easily. That being said, I recommend it!:)

We were hosted very well by Julie for our stay. The cottage is very clean, modern and absolutely as described which makes it a very nice and quiet accommodation. Julie was very available and quite flexible for our arrival as well as for our departure. We highly recommend it for a stay with a large family or group of friends.

Flawless, tastefully renovated home with several accesses, terraces allowing everyone to have their own quiet corner. The outdoor space is beautiful and friendly, ideal for great moments with family or friends, between pool, foosball, darts… We had a great time. The hosts, who renovated the place themselves, are very welcoming and respond quickly if needed. A great discovery that I recommend!

Beautiful property with a responsive and friendly host! We were there to celebrate an engagement with a small party and we did not want to leave. It was relaxing and perfect for hosting. A little bit of a journey to the centre, but taxis and buses were regular and easy to access. There were lots of additional services available at a charge. Thank you Amelie!

Great family weekend (4 teenagers and 2 kids and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info about outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed it on site!

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

Very nice place, pristine, clean and cute decor -ideal for 4 people and max two children. 6 adults would be a little cramped. Very good for people with reduced mobility (this was our case). Quiet and relaxing environment, friendly neighbors (there is a little opposite the accommodation being new and therefore the plantations too). Excellent communication with Stéphanie very responsive and available. Pool of a nice size, but too cold, if really heated it would really have to increase the temperature- it was the only thing that made me put one star less at value. Otherwise, thank you for this beautiful holiday.

Chris and Lo are a very nice, accessible and responsive host couple. My little family and I had a great weekend at this residence. Quiet, relaxing, spacious, tastefully decorated.
