This little house is charming with a nice terrace. The environment is very quiet and it is a pleasure to be able to enjoy the birdsong. Laurence and François are very warm, very welcoming and gave us valuable advice to discover the best of Ile d'Oleron. Our stay was so pleasant that we will come back next year.

We stayed for a very short stay but the small accommodation perfectly matched what we expected: clean, functional and quiet. In addition, devoured with taste.

Very pleasant studio, the bed is a sofa with very good quality bedding. On the other hand, a little difficult to unfold. Nothing is missing, kitchen and bathroom impeccable. Small outdoor area and car parked in the property. Christina welcomed us very well. Christina and Michel provide 2 bikes of very good quality, great!!, we did everything by bike: the port about 25 minutes, the Ile de Ré 30/40 minutes. We had a great time.

For our first stay in La Rochelle we were greeted by a very nice and welcoming host, these tips allowed us to visit the region as well as the use of urban transport made available to us with a bus stop "if you can say so" at the foot of the house. everything was as advertised on the site, I recommend this lovely little accommodation to other users because we had a lovely stay, thank you again to Eliane for her kindness. Nathalie and Yannick greeted us with a warm welcome to a beautiful, well equipped, spacious apartment - five star quality finish, comfortable bed, and spotless. Thoughtful touches like fruit, bottled water and even some sweets were left for us. They provided a wonderful breakfast. They far exceeded our expectations and i would think their obligation as hosts for the cost. Thanks you so much, we would love to come back some time.

We had not been to La Rochelle before but we really enjoyed it. It seemed that every day we discovered a new hidden gem. New squares, new restaurants and new charming streets. The apartment is excellent in that you are just a few minutes walk from the old port, with parking. We would generally walk in for breakfast, have an exploratory walk and then an early evening drink or perhaps food. We sent so many pictures to children and friends with comments about the great atmosphere or evening sun on the harbour. The flat is great. It has a perfect living room for us as a couple with a nice balcony off the living room. The balcony stayed cool until the sun came round late in the afternoon/early evening and we sat looking out over classic French roofs. The kitchen is small but it had all we needed and the mini oven was good enough to cook pizzas and quiches. The bathroom was fine and washing machine and dishwasher a plus as we were on a 5 week road trip. Parking was secure and easy.

Excellent stay, the apartment is in a good location and very quiet. Well arranged, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. Very good hosting by Nathalie, very warm and smiling, who gave us a lot of information about the area. We'll be happy to go back.

Yannick was very friendly and introduced me to the apartment in all details. Yannick was also always present with additional questions. The apartment is very comfortably furnished (my perception). A small suggestion, a constant hum can be heard from the bathroom. I myself have a little difficulty hearing, but it could be perceived as disturbing for someone else. Thanks again Yannick

We couldn't have dreamed of a better place for a romantic weekend in La Rochelle. Everything was there: the decor, the layout, the comfort, the cleanliness and the proximity to the city center. We highly recommend this place and will come back for sure!

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and bike storage are really assets when you know the difficulty (and price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Manon and Thibault received us very well. The accommodation is spacious, clean and even better than the photos! It is located close to the city center. We highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back with pleasure.
