Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Les Halles, Paris

We loved our stay at Bérangère's apartment — it was everything we needed and more! The place is full of charm and warmth, beautifully decorated with taste and personality. It’s not your typical impersonal rental — it feels like a real home, with unique thrifted pieces, artistic touches, and a sense of character throughout. Everything we needed was there, and we felt instantly comfortable, like we were visiting a friend’s home. The location is fantastic — very central, just a short walk from many attractions and well connected to public transport — yet the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect balance. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to return!

Die Wohnung war zwar klein aber die Lage für dafür top! Auch die Treppen in den 7. Stock haben wir nicht als so schlimm empfunden und sind definitiv machbar gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man ist aber schnell an der Metro und hat genug Restaurants & Supermärkte in der Nähe. Also für einen kurzen Städtetrip kann man die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Fantastic apartment, well-thought and cozy. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and canal Saint-Martin. Also there is a marvelous bakery just around the corner as well as a supermarket. It is located on the last floor of the building without elevator, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Also, it’s good to have bedroom window looking into the inner yard, as the street outside the living room is extremely noisy. The hosts are very friendly and always responsive! I would definitely come to this apartment again if I’ll need an apartment in that part of the city.

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

The best views of Paris and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in a safe neighborhood. The light show at night of the Eiffel Tower while sitting on the terrace was something you see in a movie. We will definitely be back. Thierry was a great host and very responsive. He helped make this trip smooth and enjoyable.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's in a great location, right by the best parts of Le Marais, an easy walk to two different Metro stations, good coffee shops, restaurants and an excellent flea market nearby, but the apartment is still peaceful and quiet at night. Inside, it is sunlight filled; clean and characterful (you are staying in the hosts' home, and it feels like that). Interesting books, records and art on the walls. Alexis and Laura are great at communicating and there to welcome you when you arrive. Would 100% stay here again.

Andrea’s place was perfect for our needs: it was small but totally functional and the position was great (metro right besides). The apartment was also full of amenities like towels, hairdryer and dishes. Furthermore Andrea herself was really helpful and responsive in any situation.

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

A gem of a place and a gem of a host The location is in the heart of the Marais but the apartment was quiet. Jeremy went beyond the call of duty to help us out with our arrival and departure- meeting us upon arrival with fruit from the local morning market.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.
