We loved our stay at Bérangère's apartment — it was everything we needed and more! The place is full of charm and warmth, beautifully decorated with taste and personality. It’s not your typical impersonal rental — it feels like a real home, with unique thrifted pieces, artistic touches, and a sense of character throughout. Everything we needed was there, and we felt instantly comfortable, like we were visiting a friend’s home. The location is fantastic — very central, just a short walk from many attractions and well connected to public transport — yet the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect balance. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to return!

The apartment was small but the location was great for it! We also did not find the stairs to the 7th floor to be so bad and they were definitely feasible. The apartment is very quiet, but you can quickly get to the metro and have enough restaurants & supermarkets nearby. So for a short city trip, you can definitely recommend the apartment.

Fantastic apartment, well-thought and cozy. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and canal Saint-Martin. Also there is a marvelous bakery just around the corner as well as a supermarket. It is located on the last floor of the building without elevator, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Also, it’s good to have bedroom window looking into the inner yard, as the street outside the living room is extremely noisy. The hosts are very friendly and always responsive! I would definitely come to this apartment again if I’ll need an apartment in that part of the city.

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

The best views of Paris and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in a safe neighborhood. The light show at night of the Eiffel Tower while sitting on the terrace was something you see in a movie. We will definitely be back. Thierry was a great host and very responsive. He helped make this trip smooth and enjoyable.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's in a great location, right by the best parts of Le Marais, an easy walk to two different Metro stations, good coffee shops, restaurants and an excellent flea market nearby, but the apartment is still peaceful and quiet at night. Inside, it is sunlight filled; clean and characterful (you are staying in the hosts' home, and it feels like that). Interesting books, records and art on the walls. Alexis and Laura are great at communicating and there to welcome you when you arrive. Would 100% stay here again.

Andrea’s place was perfect for our needs: it was small but totally functional and the position was great (metro right besides). The apartment was also full of amenities like towels, hairdryer and dishes. Furthermore Andrea herself was really helpful and responsive in any situation.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus between colleagues. Accommodation located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Great stay at Éric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

A gem of a place and a gem of a host The location is in the heart of the Marais but the apartment was quiet. Jeremy went beyond the call of duty to help us out with our arrival and departure- meeting us upon arrival with fruit from the local morning market.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked out great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available 24/7 for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I should also mention that the apartment is completely. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.
