It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

Metro, bus, RER are at less than 2 min walking, direct from both airports. Bed is brand new and queen sized. Closet, desk, chair and wifi. The bar has a boiler, a Nespresso machine and a little fridge. Restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas are right next to the apt, just in front of the new Les Halles Canopea and in the low Montorgeuil neighbourhood.

couldn't be more perfect! 1st time staying in Paris so was perfect to be close to so many things within walking distance (we walked the whole time we were there but there's also metro stations close by). place was super clean and exactly as described. the communication also was great. would recommend highly and hope to be back again soon :)

Absolutely wonderful stay at Sébastien’s apartment. So close to so many great things! Safe street, greeted upon arrival. I'd definitely recommend and return here myself!

Location was fabulous. The apt was smartly decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. Make sure you read John’s binder as soon as you check-in; he left very detailed instructions on everything in the apt plus good recommendations for places to go for dining in the area.

A light-filled living area features a curved, cream-colored sofa paired with a round coffee table. Elegant wooden doors open to a cozy sleeping area, while plants add a touch of greenery. Reflections in mirrors enhance the sense of space and light.

If you're planning a trip to Paris, this place is a real must-see! It enjoys a perfect location, right in the center, surrounded by elegant shops and quality restaurants. The apartment is refined, spotlessly clean and offers a luxurious atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the comfort of the bedding as well as the care taken in the decoration. Another highlight: the impressive calm for such a lively neighborhood. We recommend this place without hesitation and will not hesitate to return during our next visit to Paris!

Beautiful air-conditioned studio with balcony and fireplace

This studio was perfect for two travelers visiting for a few days. The location is absolutely perfect. All the sites we wanted to visit were within walking distance, or accessible via the metro stop steps away from the door. The grocery store across the street provided our evening snacks and wine, and the cafe below was our source of morning espresso. The little yellow boulangerie just out the door to the left met all our pastry needs. In addition to the excellent location, the studio itself was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean, which can be a challenge in older buildings. And the pictures don’t do justice to the view. We never drew the curtains, and felt immersed! There were some reviewers with concerns about noise, but our experience was that it was a very quiet place. In fact, after a long day of sightseeing and being in crowds, we found it to be a wonderful respite. Overall it was a fantastic little studio for two travelers, and I would stay again! Thank Jean-Philippe!
