The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). We rent an accommodation: a 14 m2 main room includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, a desk and a kitchen with microwave grill, a kettle (no coffee machine) and 2 electric hotplates. Dishes, garbage cans are available. Bathroom of 4 m2 adjoining includes shower, toilet, sink. Everything is located on the ground floor of our home with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.
