Spacious, ventilated, with its wooded garden (bananas, mangoes, etc.)It is equipped with 1 tank to compensate for water outages, 1 solar water heater, new air conditioners with indoor parking spaces, 1 swimming pool with its deckchairs and a barbecue area. My place is good for a couple or family (with 2 kids over 2 years old). 4 people maximum (including kids). The pool is shared. Close to the marina. Very large terrace to relax and enjoy the vegetation. The kitchen and bathroom were redone in December 2023.
