Great stay at this place for 4 nights. Jeremy and Eeva's hosting was perfect! We even shared a great meal together, a great meeting! I highly recommend this listing!

Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

The spot is ideal, the apartment is great, super clean, kitchen is great, good quality bedding. WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning... water tank in case of local power outage... and parking in front of the apartment, private beach -100 m from the apartment. Greengrocers, supermarkets, stadium, restaurants, beaches, and the Ilet du Gosier accessible by swimming or with shuttles... everything is accessible. Everything was perfect, even the concierge is available and responsive to needs... I would recommend it without reservation. Thank you Jerome for your attention

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

Bright, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a family of 4. Well located in the center of Guadeloupe. Close to good restaurants, grocery store and shopping mall within walking distance. We loved the beautiful large terrace! We would highly recommend it!

Awesome place! I really enjoyed the beautiful park around the property — it’s a huge green oasis! It’s peaceful and yet close to beaches, supermarkets. restaurants etc. The house is fully equipped with all we needed. Julien was an amazing host — friendly and very helpful. Very good hosting by Rydgie who is a friendly host. The listing is in a very quiet area where you can rest without any problems. The pool with jets is a very big plus. I would highly recommend it.

We were 5 adults and stayed there for 15 days. The house: good living space, well-equipped, clean, the rooms are large and air-conditioned, the mattresses are important for a good night's sleep and a good vacation, they are new and very comfortable. Well located in the center of the island. Only negative point also mentioned in other reviews, traffic of cars on the nearby road which did not bother us too much as we were absent during the day. Thanks to Marie Laure and Émile for their hospitality, availability and kindness, very good communication. Rental that I would highly recommend. Perfect welcome, Ghislaine and Thierry are adorable and flexible they go out of their way for their guests. Very nice studio, very well furnished, the water tank in case of a power cut is a real plus in this area. Perfectly equipped, I will come back without hesitation.

Loved our stay at this place. When we arrived we received a welcome drink with Chloé. We were able to exchange and discuss our trip with her, it was a great time. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and well-decorated. We tried the breakfast (brunch + classic breakfast) and it was super good! We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. We would totally recommend this listing.

Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems. Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for someone like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, as described, very good. Equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything for a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend it, very good value.

Listing as described. Cozy and pleasant accommodation. The environment is quiet and discreet. The apartment is very well arranged, it feels like home. Netflix available, whether in the living room or the bedroom, it's impeccable. David was a very nice and responsive host and he did everything possible to give me the accommodation at a time that suited me despite a reservation made 4 hours before. Thanks David, I'll be back.
