Welcome to a unique environment. Here you will have the opportunity to find tranquility, enjoy bird singing and forest scents. The brewhouse is just in the forest corner secluded from traffic and transparency. 5 min away is the Sollebrunn community, which offers a well-stocked grocery store, some restaurants and some other shops. 5 min away is Gräfsnäs Castle Park with historical dates and a nice restaurant and a swimming lake. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a single location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, pick berries, bike, swim in lots. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it is 20 min to Gbg. Sup and rowboat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life on the balcony. In the house there is a nice cat, good to know for those who are allergic.
