Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Huset har ett enskilt läge, men ändå bara några minuter från Lerums centrum. Njut av naturen, plocka bär, cykla, bada i massor. Blir man kall finns den varma bubbelpoolen. Det är 15 min promenad till tåget som tar dig till Göteborg. Med bil tar det 20 min till Gbg. Sup och roddbåt finns att låna. Utekök, vedeldad pizzaugn, eller grillen finns där för ett liv ute på altanen. I huset finns en snäll katt, bra att veta för dem som är allergiska.

Welcome to our lovely cottage only 20 min. from Landvetter airport and 25 min. from Gothenburg. We have parking space, fast wifi, and a basic facilities as TV, kitchen, wc and shower. If you come with bikes we have a bike room and washing area. The area is full of lakes and beautiful nature to hike in. We love to show you great trails for hiking, running or biking and beautiful spots for swimming. We can also direct you to the best local restaurants and places of cultural interest.

Fullt utrustad och helt nybyggd lägenhet i separat stuga vid sjön Mjörn, bara 3 mil från Göteborg. Sjöutsikten från egen uteplats är fantastisk och omgivningarna likaså. Utrymmet är ca 30 kvadrat och kan husera fyra personer. Mycket fräscht och väl utrustat kök och badrum. Bra bussförbindelser till Göteborg, Sverigeleden framför huset och egen parkering gör boendet lättillgängligt. 200m till sjön Mjörn som är bra för fiske, bad och vacker miljö!

The apartment is situated on the countryside in Lerum in a quiet relaxing surrounding with nature just around the corner. It is newly built, fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom and measures 35 m2. Patio with garden furniture with forest as scenery. Lake Stamsjön is at 5 minutes walking distance. The house is situated about 1.3 km from the railway station and 18 km from the airport. Recommended for children above 6 years (stairs to loft).

Matbutik och restauranger finns nära till hands nere i Floda. Superbra svampskog i intilliggande skog. 50% av det vi tjänar på vårt Airbnb ger vi till välgörenhet.

Rent, ryddig og stilig familiehjem i rolig område. God og trivelig kommunikasjon med Elin, som tok i mot oss og aksepterte overnatting på kort varsel. Godt utgangspunkt for aktiviteter i Göteborg-området (20 min med bil eller tog), samtidig også med muligheter for lokale aktiviteter som for eksempel bading i Stamsjöen 5 minutter unna. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Dette var vår første erfaring med å leie leilighet via Airbnb, og her ble vi positivt overrasket. Vi var 5 voksne, som bodde her i 4 dager. Vår vert Emma, hadde redd opp sengene, og lagt fram håndkle til oss alle. Vi trengte ikke ta med annet enn mat og bagasjen vår. Hjemmet deres er lekkert, romslig og smakfullt innredet, og vi har alle kost oss på oppholdet her. Flotte store rom, og flott uteområde! Det er gåavstand til matbutikker og bensinstasjon. Det er ikke langt å kjøre bil til f.eks. Liseberg og Gøteborg. Vi gir topp karakter, og kan varmt anbefale andre å leie her!

La cabaña tiene mucho encanto y la zona es muy bonita. Además tuvimos la suerte de tener un vecino muy agradable durante nuestro último desayuno: un ciervo vino a vernos! Está bien conectado a Gotemburgo, no tuvimos tráfico en ningún momento y hay supermercados y zonas de carga de coche eléctrico cerca. El baño es un poco antiguo pero espacioso y las habitaciones están bien, fueron cómodas. Los espacios para comer y estar en familia son muy agradables y la cocina, el horno funciona muy bien.
