We were hosted very well upon arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and close to the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, in which we will not hesitate to return if possible.

We had a great time with the family in this beautiful modern villa, super equipped and comfortable with high-end services and finishes. This villa is very well located in a quiet and residential area, just a few steps from the beach. Everything is as described. Thanks so much to Audrey for making sure the pool was well heated. We'll be happy to go back on a future occasion. On the way back we visited Puy du Fou for 2 days and stayed in the beautiful Hotel du Parc de Landreau in Les Herbiers.

Family trip with a 2.5 year old. No complaints, great hospitality and home. The location is perfect, the house was great, as described, even more! (Note that Lorraine offered us compensation following an unforeseen day's work in the house, which confirms great communication and sincerity!) We'll be back!

Very nice house, well decorated and well equipped and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING DISTANCE. Sainte Marie is a lovely village. The coastal trail that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay in this family home. Everything is designed to have a good time together. The location of the house is amazing. Pascal had to be present and attentive to our needs during the stay. We warmly recommend this house. The only small downside is the wifi connection which is very weak and does not allow remote working and the telephone network which is also complicated in this area.

Residence located in the heart of a well-maintained park and close to the beach (300 meters' walk). Count 1.5 km to reach the central market and Avenue du Général de Gaulle and 1 km to get to the port of Pouliguen. The casino is nearby. There are free parking spaces located in the residence and close to the accommodation. The view is very nice from the living room. The apartment is bright and clean. Quiet space.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
