Flawless, tastefully renovated home with several accesses, terraces allowing everyone to have their own quiet corner. The outdoor space is beautiful and friendly, ideal for great moments with family or friends, between pool, foosball, darts… We had a great time. The hosts, who renovated the place themselves, are very welcoming and respond quickly if needed. A great discovery that I recommend!

It is an excellent little haven of peace in the heart of La Guérinière. A perfect location to explore the entire island by bike and beach access on foot. The house is perfectly equipped, ideal for a family of 4-6 people, with a spacious exterior. The welcome is very friendly and good advice for beautiful places on the island.

However, the cleaning should be improved, which is a little succinct... but we recommend this accommodation without problems 👍

We had a lovely weekend at Eric's. The house is as described, namely Zen and Cozy. The decor is very nice and the house is very well-equipped. Close to shops and especially the beautiful beach of Les Demoiselles, everything comes together for a great time. In addition, Eric was very responsive and accommodating. We were a group of 7 friends, and had a great time on Île d'Yeu. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, which is very convenient and pleasant. The living room is very spacious, and the environment of the house is peaceful. Thank you to them for their responsiveness and hospitality. We recommend renting Alain and Isabelle's place to stay on the island of Yeu.

The stay went very well overall. We were well received and the accommodation met our expectations. The house is located in a residential area close to the center and the beach. A small downside on linens that must be added to the original price and the fact that the rooms in which the games are located (billiards, darts, foosball) are a little cramped to be able to play easily. That being said, I recommend it!:)

Nice and well thought out house! The pool is really the highlight. Comfortable bedding. A second fridge may be missing given the number of people this house can accommodate Solène was attentive to us, check-in and check-out times very flexible!

Very pleasant stay in Phanie's home! She was flexible and available, so thank you! The accommodation is clean, well arranged so that we are not on top of each other even at 10! The heated pool with deckchairs is the cherry on top. We enjoyed the baby items available if needed, as well as the foosball and board games. The accommodation is close to amenities so you don't miss anything, close to the beach for a walk. A place to keep!

Everything was perfect! Excellent exchanges with Delphine and Thomas who were very welcoming. We had a lovely stay enjoying the house and the outdoors (swimming pool and outdoor games for children)!

We had a pleasant stay in Brem sur Mer. The accommodation was perfect (well-equipped and nicely decorated). Accessible bike paths for family rides, along the sea or in the forest. We were also close to "Les Crins de l'Auzance" for horseback riding and pony rides for the kids.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.
