The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Hello traveler, This is a flat, 15 -20 min to the city center. The subway U1 is max 3 minutes walking distance away. It has a kitchen and three sleeping rooms, a toilet and a bathroom and an entrance room. It is a quiet place, the windows are in the direction to the garden of the house. The Therme-Wien is 15 minutes away with the subway U1.There are three supermarkets, four restaurants in the area. It is only possible to access the apartment by walking stairs, it is on the first floor.

There are no hidden costs with this offer. We offer a beautiful little private house incl. Terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can reach Vienna Central Station by train, and in 10 minutes by bus you can reach Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in a separate house, so we are available at all times.
