We are delighted to offer our apartment for another ski season. The ski bus leaves from outside the apartment and takes just 5 minutes to get to the main lifts. There is over 250km of skiing with Leogang, Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn all connected. If you have a car there are loads of other options close by - Hochkönig, Kaprun Glacier etc Our apartment is nice and cosy and has all the comforts of home (WiFi, Cable TV etc.). "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Unser Haus liegt im Zentrum von Hochfilzen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um im Sommer Wander-, Fahrrad- oder Mountainbike-Touren zu unternehmen. Im Winter liegt das Skigebiet Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm für Alpin-Ski nur 5 Minuten per Auto entfernt. Langlaufloipen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof ist in unmittellbarer Nähe. Kurtaxe Euro 2,80 pro Person pro Nacht extra bei der Ankunft bar zu bezahlen sb November 2025 wird auf 3,90€ erhöht.
