Due to the central and traffic-calming location, you can easily reach everything on beautiful paths in 3-5 minutes on foot: the picturesque old town with many cafes and restaurants, as well as the bakery or the well-stocked grocery store - everything is just around the corner! Beautiful hiking trails, a forest outdoor pool with sauna and the spa park are also in the immediate vicinity.

The former baker's shop became a charming "one-room apartment" in the heart of the village of Brochterbeck, very close to the festival town of Tecklenburg at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. The apartment is located on the edge of a small village, so all shopping is within walking distance. We live as a family with our two cats, a male cat, 12 chickens and a rooster idyllically located with plenty of space on the banks of the Mühlenbach. The property houses a small piece of forest and 2 large meadows. The apartment is in the house facing north, but has windows to the west and east. The apartment has a small terrace with seating, as well as a grill.

Die Wohnung liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit einer gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiese und Felder. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren ins schöne Münsterland.

A wallbox with 11 kW is available on the premises at cost.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+.
