We had a fantastic stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful! Marlieke and family are fantastic hosts. The house was stocked with everything you can think of and more, including drinks, snacks, cooking essentials, toiletries. They thought of everything! Marlieke provided toys and a play kitchen for our 1 year old, which he loved! We were so grateful! The place was very clean. Great communication from Marlieke before and during the stay. Excellent local recommendations provided also. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to other guests!

We had a nice stay. Very pleasantly welcomed….Everything nice and clean and tidy. Lots of private and a nice garden at your disposal. Close to downtown , restaurants and shops The 2nd bedroom, outside to reach, was a bit small compared to the master bedroom.

A great and clean house in a quiet area. With 8 people, we were fine with the rooms and bathrooms. Pool was to our satisfaction!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely accurate. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house with us, dear Wenja. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We chose the place because it's close to the sea and the city. Both places are easily accessible even for us who were only equipped with e-bikes. The supermarket and restaurants can also be reached on foot. The accommodation is very nice. Large house and nice outdoor space to relax. The kitchen is super stocked with everything you need. Cats are a nice add-on: they're companionship and don't bother at all.

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

Quite cozy place with relaxing moment

We felt comfortable in the accommodation, which was tidy and fully equipped. The location is good and we used public transport, tram number 19, if you are a group of up to 5 people you can buy a daily group ticket for 26 euros via the app, which paid off for us because otherwise it is about 9 euros for a single daily ticket. There is also a shopping mall and a train station near the accommodation. We felt safe in this neighborhood.

Brenda's small house is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We rented the house to go to Amsterdam. You can get to Amsterdam train station in about 15 minutes by bus. Buses leave every few minutes near the apartment. It's a shame that we couldn't enjoy the great house anymore. We were always out and about until the evening.

Very pretty house in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of natural light. The place was far better than the pictures. 20 minute drive from the airport with private parking. The owner lives next door and was very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. It was also very peaceful — no noise at all, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

After a pleasant communication with Maartje, we were warmly welcomed by Ernest. The cottage is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and has a nice little garden. If necessary, two bicycles are available. You feel right at home, it has everything you need. The location is within walking distance to the center of Muiden, where there are nice cafes and restaurants. To Amsterdam, you need 10 minutes by car to Weesp and then 18 minutes by train to the central train station. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back any time. Thank you Maartje for the wonderful time in your cottage :-)

Brilliant 3 day stay here. Great location overlooking the canal. Perfect balance between being close to the centre without noise or hustle and bustle. The place was clean and modern with nice touches such as coffee machine and plenty of different types of teas. Really appreciated the wine and beers left as a welcome gift- was a very nice touch. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The best hidden gem in Amsterdam!! Beautiful private garden and modern home tucked away from the city!!

We had a wonderful stay here. It's a great location if you want to stay outside of Amsterdam with easy parking. The bus stop to get into town was right outside the door and very easy to get to Station Noord. There is also a Jumbo supermarket close by to stock up on food. The house is really lovely - the only thing is that the stair case is very steep and hard to get up and down so not ideal if you had children with you. We were child-free so not a problem for us! Otherwise, it was perfect and the decor is gorgeous. Hosts were very friendly and quick to communicate. We hope to return! Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

Anna and Ruud are very attentive and caring hosts. They are welcoming and ensure the well-being of their tenants. The house is superb, tastefully decorated. The river view is stunning. Admiring the sunsets from the house or the small terrace by the water with an aperitif is exceptional. The bedding is very comfortable, there are screens in the bedrooms, making it easy to open the windows at night. The kitchen and laundry room are very well equipped. The place is very quiet in the middle of nature and animals. You are not far from Amsterdam's P+R car parks, as well as several other pretty cities nearby. Anna tells you plenty of information in a binder. Supermarkets are within 10 minutes by car, we drive slowly and we enjoy;-) Access to the house with a key box is very convenient. We are delighted with our stay at Anna and Ruud's place and thank them for hosting us.

Despite the weather, we had a very cozy time and certainly enjoyed ourselves! The beds were wonderful, the shower was fine and everything we needed was present – even for music. The fridge and freezer worked perfectly and the atmosphere was really very pleasant. A small downside: in the small room we miss bed lights, that would make it just a bit more complete. And unfortunately, of course, the weather did not cooperate, because with sun it is probably very enjoyable there by the water. There is not much to do in the area, but for us that was not a problem – it certainly did not depress our fun. In short: we have enjoyed!* Best, the Keezen girls

Jonathan’s place is beautiful and in an amazing location. The place was charming and everything you’d expect from a house on the Amsterdam canals. Walkable to everything we wanted to do with great restaurants, shops and cafes in the immediate area. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.
