What a great place to stay much much better the pictures. The bathroom was unreal. Would definitely recommend staying here. Supper clean. Has everything you need.

Excellent location -safe neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the train station and town centre and lovely local park. Off street parking, accommodation facilities as listed, comfy double bed. Great value for money.

We absolutely loved staying at The Paddock, Nicky was so accommodating and lovely. She welcomed us in, gave us advice for local places to visit and made it easy to feel right at home. Easy to find and plenty of room to park. We would definitely recommend Belvoir Castle just a short drive away. Thank you so much Nicky.

A beautifully decorated little space with everything you could possibly need for a few days away. The room was immaculate and the outside seating area was an added bonus. Breakfast provisions were also in the room and the offer of top-ups was much appreciated. A wonderful location, so close to the Kedleston Estate and surrounding countryside - great for walks. Peter and Julie were very accommodating, on hand should anything be required, but by no means intrusive. Thank you for a lovely break and I will be back next year all being well!

We had a lovely stay at The Hideaway and really enjoyed being in the countryside. Lovely spot to sit outside and relax.

Wow ! what can we say ,it was perfect from the first, booking ,communicating, accurate description, accurate directions, stunning studio, home from home (well better than home !!!!🙈 ) Lynne was the perfect host ,the welcoming basket was wonderful, to be able to sit out in the sunshine when we arrived with lemon drizzle cake and coffee what more do you need , highly recommend Lynne's studio!! 😍😍

Fantastic place to stay. Was immaculately clean with lots of nice touches to make you feel at home. Especially loved the fact that there was oat milk sachets available - the sort of extra thought most hosts wouldn’t include.

Helen was an amazing host and really attentive when welcoming us. She was available if we needed anything but she also gave us privacy during our stay. Her guest house is gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

What a lovely stay! The annexe was better than described, lovely location, easy check in and pristine inside. Caroline was a great host, who gave accurate instructions on how to find the location and was very helpful, recommending us to the local scarecrow festival which turned out to be a great day out with our little one. The house was beautiful, everything immaculate and brand new. The bed was very comfortable and we had a peaceful night sleep. Breakfast was a lovely touch, cereals with fresh blueberries, bananas and yoghurts along with warmed croissants with a selection of jams/marmalade Nutella. Would recommend to anyone and would love to come back when we’re next in the area. Thank you!

Michelle was the most amazing host, from the moment I put in a request to book overnight for my partner's 50th birthday, as we were having a meal at the amazing JB Kitchen restaurant around the corner for her she went out of her way to answer all of my questions, and on the day before our stay when the restaurant had an emergency, she even went to find out if they'd be open on the evening we'd booked (which they were, thankfully!), and offered us lifts to and from the restaurant. She was an incredibly welcoming and friendly host, the room and ensuite were pristine, lovely and cosy, a very comfortable bed; kettle, microwave, small fridge, teas and coffees and milk in the fridge, lovely and warm on a cold wintry night - even the bed was warmed up for us! We felt very welcome and well looked after, it was a nice big room and lovely house and we would 100% stay there again and wholeheartedly recommend. You can also order breakfast for the morning, which we did, and it was very tasty! Fab!

Mr Bod is a great host, very understanding and cheerful. The house is up to high standard, was always kept clean, smelling fresh. Everything was working as it should be, no issues, there’s cctv so you can always feel safe. The place is quiet and private. Would definitely recommend :)

I had a great stay at Mandip’s place. She’s very professional and communicates promptly, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The room was a decent size and self-contained, which I really appreciated for my privacy and convenience. The location was perfect for me close to my workplace and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
