Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Single bedroom in a shared house on the 2nd floor. Conveniently situated with lots of local amenities such as shops/cafés/Sainsbury's. 20 min walk from train station and 30 min from city centre. Easily accessible via public transport also. Please note, the door to the room does not have a key.
