The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV included. Fire TV and much more ensure a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it gets a bit cramped and is more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A baby or child travel cot, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs for children, can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

From the living room, you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via both the kitchen and the bathroom.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.
