Langenhagen/Kaltenweide near Hanover

We offer a room with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn [suburban train] travels 25 minutes directly to the Laatzen/Hannover trade fair or 17 minutes to the city of Hanover.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

The house is located on the western outskirts in the Badenstedt district, in the middle of an old residential area. All utilities are within walking distance. To the city 15 min. by U-Bahn [subway], to the fair 45 min./ by car 25 min.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Not far from nature reserves and recreational areas, bathing lakes and yet you are in the city center in 15 minutes. The house is about 45 sqm and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), a living room with a dining table and futon sofa bed (1.40 m), from the living room you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via the kitchen and the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

An equipped workplace and fast internet enable productive work. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the cozy 1.40 m wide box-spring bed invites you to relax. Linens, towels and other essentials are of course provided. The smart TV offers access to many apps such as Netflix, DAZN and YouTube.

The apartment is located in the village of Groß Lafferde, in a central location on federal roads 1 and 444. Braunschweig, Salzgitter and Hildesheim are about km away 20 km away, Hanover 45 km.
