Dien lüttje Tohuus - Your little home away from home with us in Edemissen. Welcome to our apartment in our half-timbered house with a large garden with lots of play and seating. Looking forward to seeing you soon! You will stay in our 2-room self-contained apartment, have your own modern bathroom and a kitchen. In the bedroom there are two single beds made of solid oak wood (can also be used as a double bed) and in the living room a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress topper (sleeping area approx. 120*190 cm).

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The more than 200-year-old half-timbered house is located in the Altwarmbüchen district of the municipality of Isernhagen. Altwarmbüchen is conveniently located and has connections to the A2, A7 and A37. The Stadtbahn line 3 runs to the Altwarmbüchen terminus. Small simple accommodation

The apartment with terrace is part of our residential building. There is room for about 4 people. There are 2 rooms in total. The smaller room can accommodate 2 mattresses and is a walk-through room to the bathroom. The larger room has 2 more mattresses and a dining table. The apartment is not renovated and only offers a simple place to stay. Our house is located outside the village on a country road (without a footpath/bike path). By car, you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes.

The exhibition grounds can be easily reached by tram in 30 minutes. From January 1, 2024, the City of Hanover will levy an accommodation tax. Tax is included in the price.

There is also the possibility to convert the sofa into a sofa bed if there is not enough space. This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!
