Location is everything! This quaint patio villa is close to the Brownwood, The Villages newest Town Square, where you can enjoy nightly free entertainment and shops galore. There's also plenty of family-friendly activities, and many, many recreation centers w/ pools. You’ll love the Crabby Cottage because of the included golf cart, the high ceilings, the location, and the decor.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (w/ apprv,pet fee applies).

Golf, Music, Entertainment, Activities, Pools , its the Villages!! the home is a 2280 Sq ft living space 3 bdr each with a king size bed and Tv. 2 bath large lanai on the 2nd hole of the Tierra Del Sol golf course. A golf cart is available for a small extra fee. Washer and Dryer , Kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. Visit the Villages your Happy Place. Less than 3 years old and furnished with the best of the best including top of the line mattresses. 1.5 miles from Sawgrass and Ezell Recreation Center. Two bedrooms, two baths with a large master closet. Golf cart provided for additional fee thru David’s golf carts which delivers and picks up at the residence. Neighborhood pool is 5 blocks, and Aviary recreation center is one mile and offers a family pool as well as pickleball courts.
