There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Unique Stay in the Countryside!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from the old days. It is located at the back of our yard, overlooking the meadows, the forest and the dike. In summer, the cows of the adjacent farm graze in the meadow, and the ducks and coots swim in the ditch. You can regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the lapwing or the owl, you experience nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

It is located in an outbuilding (built in 2015) where a garage and a clothing workshop are housed on the ground floor. De Vlonder is a detached and sustainable accommodation (also a vacation home) on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht. The accommodation is situated along the Kromme Rijn hiking trail and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features two separate bedrooms, 1 and 2, with a private bathroom with toilet. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can stay well. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn.
