We have a detached guesthouse on our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking because we are located at the National Park "Utrechtse Heuvelrug". The rent includes max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please let us know in advance if you want to play tennis. You can safely store bicycles here.

In summer, the cows of the adjacent farm graze in the meadow, and the ducks and coots swim in the ditch. You can regularly see a stork or a deer!
