Our cozy rural furnished home, located in the Bocholt, gives space for 10 people. There is a fully fenced garden with all kinds of play options for the kids. Adjacent, there is a heated open terrace. We have a covered playground and outside a climbing and clambering path. This allows them to enjoy themselves with us both indoors and outdoors. And then there is room to cross with the various go-carts, bicycles, etc. that our accommodation has available.

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

Wonderful place in the center of Leende (10 km south of Eindhoven); ideal for those who want to explore the surrounding nature & villages. Bakery, supermarket and excellent restaurant with terrace at 30m walk. Ideal starting pit to explore the surrounding heaths and forests but also cozy & cultural Eindhoven, Heeze, Sterksel and Valkenswaard. Close to starting point of the Happen & Stairs routes: Guitenroute and Heidehoeveroute.
