The picturesque vacation home Rozemarijn is located against the nature reserves De Plateaux and Dommelvallei. Relax in this stylishly decorated home. Downstairs is a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The house is suitable for a family or friend(s)group of 2-4 people. The bedrooms upstairs with 2 double beds are in open connection with each other. Outside is a covered terrace and a large lawn. From the house, there is a direct connection to hiking and biking routes.

On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, fire pit and BBQ.

Wonderful place in the center of Leende (10 km south of Eindhoven); ideal for those who want to explore the surrounding nature & villages. Bakery, supermarket and excellent restaurant with terrace at 30m walk. Ideal starting pit to explore the surrounding heaths and forests but also cozy & cultural Eindhoven, Heeze, Sterksel and Valkenswaard. Close to starting point of the Happen & Stairs routes: Guitenroute and Heidehoeveroute.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
