We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s log cabin! The cabin was cozy and well-kept, set in a beautiful garden that made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Andrew was a friendly and welcoming host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Ahmeds place is simply perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to busier areas. The apartment is fabulous, very modern yet cosy and comfortable. This place i would highly recommend. We are booking again for Autumn as it was fabulous. The host: Ahmed is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us the grand tour. Very flexible with check in/out times. On hand any time if you require anything. All in all, we would give this place 10/10

Mohamed and Sonia were fabulous hosts. They were very accommodating to our request for an earlier check-in. All messages were responded to promptly and they were very clear with all instructions, keeping me updated at all times. Sonia was there to meet us at the accommodation and gave us a quick tour. The apartment was clean ltidy and finished beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking and cleaning equipment. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you, Sonia and Mohamed. We hope to stay with you again!

Lovely stay with great views and close to city centre. Came for slam dunk festival and it was only a 15 minute walk away from the shuttle bus. Great host always responded quickly and instructions were made clear before arrival so we didn’t have any issues. Would recommend to anybody needing a space close to town or enjoying a city break!

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at Amanda and Jake’s place while visiting our daughter at university. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The lovely welcome pack was a really nice touch, and they were very accommodating in working around our schedule. We’d happily stay here again!

It was the perfect place for us to stay to go to a music festival! Shylet was very helpful!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was great, nestled right in the middle of Harrogate city centre meaning we just parked up when we arrived & didn’t have to move the car again until we left. Great restaurants & bars all in walking distance, golf & spa very close by too. Despite being in the heart of town there was no outside noise. The flat was perfect for us & if ever back in the area would book again in a heartbeat.

Stay with group of friends, lovely place, perfect location less than a mile walk into centre of beautiful Harrogate. Good parking on drive and road. Very large open plan living area and very comfortable cosy beds. Communication was excellent very responsive.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Charles and Heather were amazing hosts, very responsive and although we didn’t need to contact them all their numbers were available and I felt confident they would be there to help with anything. The property is just lovely and the welcome chocolates were just divine and such a beautiful welcome touch. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The place was everything we dreamed of when we stayed. From the moment we first got there Dean and Kerry were so welcoming and so was their little family, always offered help when we needed it as we had trouble setting the tv up dean was super helpful. The place was so cozy and homely you felt right at home the moment you stepped in. It was so peaceful and the perfect little getaway. Everything was in walking distance or just a short drive away. Will definitely be staying again ☺️

This lovely little studio was perfect for our 2 night stay, an ideal place for visiting, amongst others, Skipton, Harrogate and Ripon. The views are absolutely stunning and are worth the stay alone. Caroline was a wonderful host and always had time for a chat, and was genuinely interested in what you are doing on that particular day. The studio itself, is suitable for self catering, or if you choose, close to local pubs offering traditional food at affordable prices. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect to come back to after a day of exploring throughout York

The accommodation was immaculate in every area of the apartment. Everything you needed was included as per the description. Shirley and Nigel were available if we need them and nothing was any bother. The village was peaceful and a walk around the village green about 50 yards away was relaxing after a day wandering around the beautiful countryside, towns and villages. A superb location. It was just perfect for what we wanted. Thank you to Shirley and Nigel, fantastic hosts of the beautiful AirB&B.

Myself and my colleague stayed at the Apartment whilst attending a conference over at the Royal Armouries. The location was perfect - short walk to the venue. The apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Much better than staying in a hotel where you are confined to your room. Beds were super comfy, apartment was really clean - and loved the fragrance plug in that was there in the hallway - real home from home! Convenient Tesco Express just a short walk, and being able to make yourself some food without eating out - worked well for us. Coffee machine is a great perk - along with everything you need like teabags, sugar and milk sachets! Hopefully the conference will be in the same venue next year - we won’t hesitate in booking the apartment again! Thanks again to Syed for being responsive and checking in with us to make sure all was ok!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shambles Secret. Jenny proved to be a first class host, who went above and beyond to make her guests happy; we cannot thank her enough. The flat was exactly as depicted in the pictures, lovely and cosy and a real home from home. We slept really well, and although the flat is right in the centre of York, it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed our time in the flat as much as we did sightseeing in fabulous York. Shambles Secret really is right where you want to be, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. I was looking for somewhere to stay after a gig at Old Woollen and this was the ideal location. Ryan sent me clear instructions in plenty of time to make finding the property straightforward. I received a warm welcome and some great recommendations for places to eat and drink during my stay. The room was immaculate, clean, comfortable and looked just like the photos. The bathroom was just as good. Highly recommended.

Alison’s apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the photos. It’s an amazing location if you want to access all York has to offer. Everything was in walking distance which was great. Alison was really quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit York.

Mark's apartment was great. Smartly furnished and decorated, clean, and in an amazing location, a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Chapel Allerton. Would recommend and stay there again when visiting the area.
