Perfect Airbnb. Was very clean, cozy and has was very friendly and checked in multiple times via message to ensure I had everything I needed. Highly reccomended!

We had the pleasure of staying at Dale’s newly renovated one-bedroom flat for three nights. The flat boasts a beautifully presented kitchen and a luxurious bathroom featuring double marble bowl sinks and a spacious wet room. The large bedroom with high ceilings added to the sense of openness and comfort. The location was exceptionally quiet, situated on the top floor, making it feel as though we were the only ones in the building. Dale welcomed us with fresh roses and a bottle of red wine, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to our stay. As an interior designer myself, I particularly appreciated the careful selection of this freshly renovated period building with its high ceilings and attention to detail. Shops were within walking distance for a quick coffee run, though Dale had thoughtfully provided a Nespresso machine in the flat. We enjoyed short walk to the beach and suffice to say, Dale’s impeccable attention to detail made this stay truly memorable

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

We know the area well and stay often, but it was nice to stay at an Air BnB for a change. We needed somewhere safe to park our motorbike and it was nicely tucked away. Had the best sleep we've had in ages and would totally recommend the fab little basement flat.

Darren’s place is an Airbnb dream! Clean, neat, and super homey. I felt so comfortable the whole time. The location is great too: close to the metro station, the beach, and lots of cute cafés. Darren was an excellent host, always communicating clearly and making sure I was settled in. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Liverpool! ❤️

5 stars for this maisonette holiday accommodation, Home form home Everything and more you need to cook with Love the dishwasher a new for me. The TV has Netflix and prime logged on as a bonus which I found a very kind gesture. Hot water and heating system is at its best The bed and bedding is comfortable and high quality off fixtures and fittings throughout the house. From hand and bath towels to toilet Rolls to Hand soap this is above expectations that most holiday accommodation offers The combination microwave was fantastic and even down to the automatic no touch bin. It was warm and homely. The garden is very secure and safe for dogs and even a hose pipe to wash down sandy dogs in garden. We will definitely book again. A credit to Andrew the host.

My third stay in this great apartment! John is a really helpful and responsive host. Location is superb and in easy walking distance of plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and things to do. Will definitely be back again 😊

I stayed for a month and all the amenities fulfilled that length of time. Angela knows everything about the area and has a lovely pup that will visit you. it's about a 5-10 min walk into town, good for after a big dinner or a few beers. I'll stay again for sure.

We highly recommend a stay at SeaBreeze. It is exactly as described. Very welcoming, had lots of the “little touches” such as tea bags/coffee/sugar, washing up liquid. It was squeaky clean and the deco was very quirky and felt “beachy” and homely. Nice touches with some books and games. The bath was the cherry on top for me. Alison was lovely and in communication before and after our stay. She was also available all the way through our stay but we didn’t need her. We had the perfect spot to explore Fleetwood and Blackpool, we even took a day to go up to the lakes. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend. A 5* place for sure.

This is an absolutely wonderful little house, in beautiful condition. Clean, comfortable and homely, it even has plentiful toys, games and books which our 4yo was delighted by. It's within an easy walk of Morecambe prom, Morecambe town centre, Happy Mount Park, and a fish and chip shop. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return one day soon. A beautiful house on a very quiet street but really close to local amenities and attractions. The house was furnished to a high standard and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was lovely on a sunny day. We enjoyed exploring the local area and would definitely visit again.

Simone was very responsive to our questions and even tried to find a go around for something we asked, that wasn’t expected. She even gave us a call through our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if she could do anything more (not that there was any need) to make our stay more enjoyable. Simone is an excellent host that we will be happy to use her properties again in the future, should the need arise.

We all appreciated the decor and facilities offered in this lovely home just 5 minutes walk from the sea. The accommodation was as described. The kitchen/dining room was particularly welcoming with the large table and modern appliances. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated as was your willingness to let us get in early. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Perfect location for a weekend in Liverpool. short walk from the train station. The place had everything we needed and more. The hosts provided good clear instructions. we had a great weekend, would consider again for a large group! Thank you!

Spacious home, a stones throw from the beach.

The flat was lovely, beautifully kitted out and with some interesting lighting features! There was lots of space inside. We appreciated being able to stay a bit longer before checking out so we could have a planned zoom meeting. Thank you for being accommodating.

Location location location!! Have spent many a stay in Lytham St Anne’s, this find was one of the best. The host Nikki and Luke and their children were very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. The home was rather large with a lovely big living room over looking the beach where I would sit for many hours just watching the world go by. The master bedroom had the most comfy large bed (Super king size) we have slept in. The hot tub was extremely clean and lovely and warm. Access to the back garden is private from the kitchen and has a secure gate to ensure our furry friends were safe with the kitchen door open. Overall our 6 night stay was amazing, very relaxed and the best location for the beach, St Anne’s centre and a good leisurely walk along the beach into Lytham to sample a new find “Savannah's” restaurant. Would definitely recommend a stay with Nikki and Luke. 👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay at Jess's place! She was a lovely host, always available to answer any questions and helped out whenever needed. The space was beautifully decorated, and everything we needed was provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for such a lovely experience! Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay here! The place was beautiful and Jenny gave us some good recommendations of local shops/places to visit. She also added some nice little touches to our stay such as leaving birthday candles/banners for us as it was my birthday! We will be definitely coming back!

Well, the flat is just stunning. It is beautifully decorated and furnished.. makes great use of the space and was spotless. We had such a lovely break, some much needed family time. Right by the sea, lots of little shops, small supermarkets, pub and a takeaway or two all within walking distance. Perfect spot
