Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Arrival at the destination: take the exit "Dugno" from the main street, then take the second street on the right and the house is second one on the right. House in Povile is approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation . From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Location is nice and quiet, excellent for relaxation. Parking is free and always available.

My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.
