It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/ bathtub/washing machine/dryer, as well as the kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Your own free parking right by the house + charging option for e-cars.

In front of the house there is parking and seating. The apartment is in a perfect location to explore the Lech Valley or visit the royal castles. Athletes will get their money's worth in summer as well as in winter. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, sport climbing, cross-country skiing, skiing and ski tours.

The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. A small apartment for two people. It is all housed in the apartment, only the bathroom with toilet is spatially separated. In the center of Lechaschau next to the street and the church. Right next to it is the Lechweg for cycling and walking. NEW!!! Car charging station right at the parking lot!!! Local tax of 3 euros per person per night to be paid in cash on site. The CLB apartment is a newly renovated apartment with city views in Reutte. Free private parking is available on site. In the area you can pursue activities such as hiking and skiing. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee maker, as well as a 35 sqm bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment.
