It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/ bathtub/washing machine/dryer, as well as the kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. This lovingly renovated, 68 m² old building apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed. In front of the house there is parking and seating. The apartment is in a perfect location to explore the Lech Valley or visit the royal castles. Athletes will get their money's worth in summer as well as in winter. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, sport climbing, cross-country skiing, skiing and ski tours.

Our 80 sq. m apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes on foot you will be at the Alpsee and the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ cycling tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km, Füssen 4.2 km.

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.

CLB vacation home

The CLB apartment is a newly renovated apartment with city views in Reutte. Free private parking is available on site. In the area you can pursue activities such as hiking and skiing. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee maker, as well as a 35 sqm bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment.

The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
