Very nice house that could accommodate 6 plus people. The pool was a great bonus for the stay. I would recommend this house to others.

We have stayed there twice and look forward to staying there again.

Jennifer deserves 6 ⭐️ She didn't have to, but went above and beyond to save my vacation from the initial airbnb nightmare with another booking. Her place is clean, quiet, nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors, Publix up the road, and the view from the backyard is worth its weight in gold these days. Highly recommend!

We arrived a bit early and Marni responded quickly to our request to go in early. The house was very clean and comfy. The ac is ice cold! The kayaks were awesome and we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

I stayed for 1 night with my family, we felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to the springs. I would stay here again.

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home. We have stayed multiple times at Joann’s and it never disappoints. Clean, close to nature and oh so comfortable.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

We enjoyed our short stay in Homosassa. The home was spacious for a family of four and our dog. Girls enjoyed playing in the pool and the dog appreciated being able to roam around the big yard. House is situated in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and the beautiful springs. Whenever we’re back in town, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Great house in the Villages close to many great restaurants. I loved the ability to swim in a private beautiful pool every morning. I highly recommend!

The host staff was excellent- very responsive and informative! The property was very private, clean, and comfortable. The host provided every basic amenity needed - coffee, coffee filters, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, regular towels, & beach towels. There are also most of the toys you’ll want to- fishing gear, pool toys, & swim gear. We enjoyed our stay!

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

We wish this spot was our own home! It was so nice and clean, very spacious and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool, the ping pong table and board games.. very comfortable couches and beds! I loved that 2 of the rooms had doors to the backyard and pool area. Jeff (the host) was very kind, attentive, and accommodating as well. 10/10 recommend this visit!!

Our family of 8 stayed at the house for 6 days while we swam with the manatees, visited Weeki Wachee, spent a day at Silver Springs, enjoyed an airboat ride, and enjoyed some beach days. Everything is a super easy and reasonable drive, making the house a perfect central location. The house is lovely and cozy. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us! Oddly enough, I was toying between staying at a Hampton Inn or an Airbnb, but the Hampton Inn was right at the entrance of where you get to the house and I’m so grateful we stayed at Anthony and Shauna’s place instead! Highly highly recommend!

We travel frequently & have experience w/many different types of hosts. Emily was the most incredible, flexible & accommodating host EVER!!! She FAR exceeded an average host to say the least! She did everything she could to ensure we were satisfied prior to & after booking. We honestly cannot say enough good things her! We're beyond inpressed! Emily's house was perfect! Exactly as described in the listing. The living room has a big cumfy sectional couch, a huge tv & is perfectly located next to the open kitchen/dining area. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very big & have tvs & sitting areas much like a suite. The master bath is gorgeous! The sreened lanai & fenced in yard was awesome for our dog. Neighborhood was great/quiet/safe & the neighbors were super friendly. The location was absolutely perfect. In biking distance of the state park, bike trail, lake & more. It was close enough to restaurants, stores & activities. But the property still felt private. We will absolutely be returning!

A cute cottage. We felt comfortable and safe. The keurig and coffee pods were a nice touch. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened back porch.

The kids loved the experience! We had an early morning Manatee tour in the area. The location was convenient for us!

Peaceful and relaxing stay! We also got a couple great recommendations from Nikki for lunch! The whole area is beautiful and the house was clean and decorated very cute. Would love to stay again when we are in the area! Hoping to come back when the manners are more in season.
