The property, once home to a lumber yard and freight depot, now boasts a brilliantly renovated event space, outdoor stage, and thirteen luxurious cabins. Phil's Place Leadville

Kick back after a long day of adventuring at Phil's Place in Leadville Colorado. It is named after a good friend who constantly gets out biking, hiking, running and all things mountains. It's ideally located off the famous 11 mile Mineral Belt trail, surrounded by 14,000 ft peaks and a 10 minute walk into historic downtown. My family host's Phil's locally and call Leadville home and available to help with adventuring needs. This is a stand-alone carriage house with stair access to the unit.

The mountain views of White River National Forest off the deck in the back are AMAZING! 15 minutes to Ski Cooper and 25 minutes to Copper.
