Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Leadville

This was such a great stay! Stayed here with two other couples and location was great - walkable to main street, and home itself had spacious common areas. Access to the back deck was awesome and relaxing - property has great views. Saw lots of wildlife from deer, a baby moose, to lots of birds. The only two things that were unexpected was that the back property faces a public trail and one of the couples mentioned their bed was pretty uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommend!

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

This was great and so close to the mountain and bus to get into town. It was very clean and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and everything seemed brand new. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend staying at this property. It had everything we needed. Perfectly clean and very comfortable for our whole family. The location was excellent. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook a lot of our meals there.

Accommodations were perfect! Clean and modern place to stay. It’s right on the mountain! Easy to travel around the Village with the bus service. Responsive hosts! Thanks Maryann and Juanita! Outstanding location for skiing. Walk across the street to Lower Four O’clock run and connect to the Snowflake lift. The home is also just a 10-15 minute walk to main street. The home has a great layout for kitchen and living space with an expansive deck with beautiful views. Carin was extremely responsive with helpful tips and recommendations. We would definitely stay there again for a ski trip.

We loved staying at the retreat. It had all the little things that make a stay great! The kitchen was compact but great! The loft for sleeping was a little tricky at first, but worked out in the end. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo located very close to Keystone and an easy drive to whatever you need in Dillon or Silverthorne. The condo was clean and well-equipped with kitchen utensils and even board games.

Last minute booked the place and Kent was super fast and responsive. Gave well detailed advice and instructions. View was amazing and we had no problems our entire stay. Would definitely come back.

Deb's place was great and just what we needed after long day of skiing. The hot tub was right outside the patio door, which we loved in the cold weather. The bed was comfy, soft and warm. The condo is a two minute walk to shopping and dining on main street. The bus system picks up at the front of the building the staff at the front desk were very helpful when needed. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed are time we spent in the condo and couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for making your condo available for all of us to enjoy :)

This place had everything: pizza cutter, coffee grinder, ice cubes, shampoo!!! Plus the bed was comfortable after a day skiing. Hot tub was in a great spot and overlooked the lake and mountains. I will be back!

Great cabin, would absolutely go back!

Was quite the adventure! Definitely be sure to plan ahead and check the packing list. Hike is trek but worth it! Incredible views and had a lot of stuff in the cabin which helped with backpacking in.

Words can not begin to describe what a beautiful stay this cabin is ! My 2 Brother in-laws and I managed to plan a guys trip to elevate some of the weight of our busy lives being husband's and father's . Boy oh boy were we spoiled . Absolutely the perfect all around stay for Breck. This being my third time staying in Breck throughout the years so whats said is well placed . The cabin is beautifully acquainted and well thoughtout in terms of functionality. Rustic yet clean and cozy. Only 10 mins drive from downtown Breck. if you're wanting to do a mountain stay this is definitely the way to go ! Nick (the property manager) Is by far one of the nicest people ive met ! Super chill and always on the go as an outdoors man /semi-pro snowboarder . Very knowledgeable of the local trails. approachable and easy going ! Our communication throughout the trip was spot on. We're already planing a trip back with the wives and kids ! great restaurants and shopping downtown!

Kayla was extremely accommodating, we came to brec for the weekend to go snowboarding and brought our dogs. Kayla gave us a late check out so we could spend Sunday on the slopes. The cabin was very cozy with great amenities and awesome appliances 10 or 10 would recommend for a weekend getaway with your partner.

Our stay at Aspen Acres Chalet was nothing short of perfect! The home was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it feel like a true mountain retreat. The long-range views were breathtaking—we spent so much time just soaking them in from the deck. The upstairs loft was a favorite for our kids—it was cozy, fun, and gave them their own little adventure space. The whole house was thoughtfully designed and super comfortable. The host was amazing—very responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. We were greeted with a lovely welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for our stay. There’s still so much more we want to explore in the area, so we’re already planning to come back next year. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with charm, comfort, and incredible hospitality, Aspen Acres Chalet is it!
