This is a fabulous condo in an excellent location, just a few steps from the lifts. It was warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

Easy check in at the front desk. We’ve stayed here before (through hotel). Joshua made it all easy for us. Overall great trip!

found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property and even more wonderful hosts!!! I have been on the road non-stop for 4 weeks and I feel terrible that I am just now leaving a review almost 2 weeks late! These people deserve a shout from the mountain top!

This log cabin style home is beautiful and warm in the freezing winter months. Having a full kitchen and laundry machines is nice. The high altitude of this whole area is no joke to those of us from lower altitudes though! I found myself out of breath frequently the first day, so take it easy going up the stairs. It is also rather low humidity, so pack lip balm for sure. A humidifier for sleeping would also be nice in winter months. But those altitude/low humidity considerations which would be an issue at any house here. This location has convenient access to Ski Cooper and the town of Leadville. Having two showers is great for families, and there are heated floors which are awesome in the cold months. The host was quick to reply for the few questions I had.

Had a great stay at this place in Frisco! Location was perfect for our ski trip to Copper Mountain and Vail—convenient for getting to both resorts. The place was spotless and quiet, and the hosts Justin and Missi were incredibly friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had an exceptional stay at Kristy’s place. The condo was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every detail covered—from clear instructions for the appliances to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and all the essentials for cooking. There were even games and toys for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax, and the peaceful river behind the condo added to the serene atmosphere. We also loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent provided, and all the conveniences that made our stay hassle-free. Kristy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This condo truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Tim’s place was perfect — I would definitely stay again. The ski in ski out was amazing. We stayed for 3 night and had a blast spring skiing in shorts.

We had a wonderful stay and this was a great place to just get away. We immediately felt right at home, lots of family friendly amenities (pack and play, kid games, kid friendly dishes, & high hair). Easy to get to downtown Frisco and walkable to a nice creek. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Clean, new, neat, bed was incredible, easy to get in and out parking close and available. Super convenient to the slopes . Good internet.

Great place! Amazing location - steps to Vail Village and near the ski shuttle and right next to Starbucks! Nice that it's second floor so you don't have to lug stuff up to many stairs. Great views of mountain from family room and kitchen is very nice - fireplace is easy to use and perfect to relax or dry out ski gear. Amazing restaurant right around the corner - la bogetta and we also loved Elway's and Fall Line. Easy parking and quick on and off freeway. Highly recommend

Great place in a great location. Perfect with 2 young kids. It was clean, as-described, nice pool and hot tub and it was very convenient to have kids plates and silverware in the kitchen. It was very nice to sit in the morning and listen to the river and look at the mountains on the balcony. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and things to do next to Keystone ski resort, most of which were closed during our visit, but the host warned us of this ahead of time and we went in the off season for a reason, so this was not an issue. This place is a great starting point for a Rocky Mountains vacation, we would stay here again.

Wonderful location - just a short walk to downtown Frisco, the Marina, and scenic trails like Rainbow Lake and the Summit County Rec Path, perfect for walking and biking. The place was very comfortable and accommodating for our group of five. Devin was an excellent and responsive host. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Great spot. Perfect for a family with kids that need more beds without paying 3 bedroom prices. 6 people all had beds and we still had a living room.

We loved this mountain condo! It’s a beautiful space with so much natural light and great Mountain Views. The location is ideal, right off the Main Street in frisco making walking to restaurants and catching the bus to resorts super easy. The condo was also extremely well equipped with kitchen supplies, games - everything we needed and more for a family ski trip. We would absolutely stay there again!

We have been on the road since April, this has to be one of the best places we stayed! The balcony overlooking the lake was mesmerizing! We had lovely walks about the lake and got to listen to music while having a glass of wine! We’re so grateful to have been able to stay here! Erin went above and beyond to communicate with us about our stay. Made it so easy Peezy and comfortable! Thank you, Erin for having us!

Felt right at home on the Blue River. Shannon’s condo was very clean, comfortable, tastefully appointed, and well equipped. It served as a perfect retreat as I explored the area, worked remote, and got in some late spring skiing. The location is great! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the river as I worked. The kitchen proved to be properly stocked with stainless steel cookware and gas range, and the bed was comfy too. Nice! Shannon was easy to communicate with and provided detailed directions / instructions to make check in/out a breeze and stay as seamless as possible. Great experience and I’d love to stay again next time I’m in the area!

This place is so cute! We loved the decor and it was very clean. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. We had everything we needed in the condo. Bonus was the deck. It has beautiful views and a stream running through the property. Made it very peaceful. Parking was easy. We used the hot tub as well. Easy to access and very clean. It was also an easy 10 minute walk to downtown. We will be back!

My fiancé and i stayed here for our 12 year anniversary along with my 29th birthday! It was the perfect long weekend in Breckenridge! Super conveniently located and so many yummy food options nearby. The host was super responsive with any questions we had and all the workers were welcoming and super nice! Overall would stay again!

Had a great ski trip! Location in the resort square was great and the communal hot tub/pool table were nice amenities. Definitely would stay again! Check-in was at a different building but is very easy to find and has easy instructions.

Great little spot for staying close to the action, right in the heart of Lionshead. Bed was super comfy.

Ira’s place was perfect. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Frisco Main Street with great restaurants. So convenient on and off I-70. And the private hot tub was such a treat.

We had a great stay! Condo is as described and has a great layout. Felt very cozy and comfortable. Pool house is awesome. Very short drive to keystone which was amazing. Plenty of parking. Adam was super friendly and responsive!

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.
